Ludovic Carème en habitué du portrait proposera un stage autour de ce thème. Durant trois jours, le photographe français partagera son approche humaniste de la photographie. Ce workshop se déroulera à l’ancien collège Victor Hugo.

« Le portrait est l’image d’un échange et d’une confrontation entre le photographe et son modèle. Avec une approche documentaire, radicalement tournée vers l’humain ; la proposition du stage est de créer des ponts en s’immergeant dans une communauté de personnes pour rencontrer ses modèles et ressentir leurs émotions. Chaque stagiaire, plus que de photographier ce qui nous est donné à voir, devra composer avec sa sensibilité une série de photographies cohérentes, créer du sens, marquée par son engagement personnel, » explique Ludovic Carème.

Ludovic Carème will be running a workshop on portraits, a theme with which he is highly familiar. For three days, the French photographer will be sharing his humanistic approach to photography. The workshop will be held in the Ancien Collège Victor Hugo.

« A portrait is the image of an exchange and a confrontation between the photographer and his/her model. Using a documentary approach, radically centred on the human, the idea of the workshop is to build bridges by becoming immersed in a community of people in which we meet one’s models and feel their emotions. Each trainee, over and above photographing that which is revealed, must compose a coherent series of photographs using their sensitivity, must create meaning, bearing the print of their personal commitment » says Ludovic Carème.
